The Hotel du Midi welcomes you to organize all your professional events putting at your disposal a room of about 70m2 fully dedicated and equipped.

The newly refurbished meeting room offers all the comfort necessary for the organization of seminars and meetings.

There is also a space dedicated to the reception with an integrated bar.

Air-conditioned room of about 70m2 consisting of:

  • a reception area with bar, TV, table for buffet

  • a seminar space with LED Display 80 inches (2.03 meters diagonally) for presentations, whiteboard easel, modular tables, comfortable chairs, coat racks.

 

Wireless Internet access

Notepads, pens, mineral water and coffee available.

We can provide you with pastries and orange juice for your breaks or your breakfast.

20 people in meeting cnfiguration

28 people seated in conference configuration

40 people cocktail style (standing)

18 people in training configuration (+1 ou 2 trainers)

Price

A full day (from 08:00 to 21:00) or half day (morning: from 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. or afternoon: from 15h30 to 21h)
